After gathering several quotes for a large drainage project, I went with Ryan Waterproofing for several reasons. (1) The price was fair. By fair I mean almost half that of several of the other estimates I received. (2) Chris Ryan took the time to explain not only what he was going to do, but also what he was not going to do and why. This focused plan eliminated any concern of wasteful spend (3) Flexible and responsive scheduling. (4) Peace of mind from over 30 years in business and a long list of satisfied customers.
Chris and his team had no issue scheduling in and around another contractor that had some pre and post concrete work to do on my property.
The crew was respectful, informative and HARDWORKING. The work was done exact to the plan and right on schedule.
After the project was completed, the aforementioned concrete contractor made a careless error which resulted in one of the gutter downspout risers that Ryan installed getting set in the new concrete on a 15 degree angle leaning away from the house. Chris came the next day and fixed the mistake THE OTHER contractor made with a few extra fittings at no added cost. His attention to detail and finishing the job the right way are commendable.
I HIGHLY recommend Ryan Waterproofing to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking professional drainage team!

Had A drainage issue in the back part of my yard. The guys fixed it with a drain install running from the back of my yard to my sewer line. Pavers were added to help hide the drain and the part of the drain that's underground was not noticeable. The work was done in a timely way and the clean up was great! Highly recommend!
